The Neutrik NE8MX6-B is a complete CAT6A RJ45 connector that supports high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gbps. Designed for rugged and tactical environments, it features a robust housing that ensures durability and reliability. This connector is factory-optimized for CAT6A specifications, making it ideal for applications that require high bandwidth and performance. Its integrated design helps maintain the integrity of the signal, making it a top choice for professional audio, video, and data applications.

On the other hand, the Neutrik NE8MXB-TOP14 serves as a carrier shell designed to protect standard RJ45 connectors, particularly in harsh outdoor conditions, with an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. While this connector provides excellent environmental protection, its performance is contingent upon the RJ45 plug used inside it. For instance, the LS Cable Cat6 Ethercon connector is designed to support speeds of up to 1 Gbps, making it suitable for less demanding applications.
