    Overview

    The High Overhead Stand takes you to altitudes just shy of 6m. Designed primarily to support overhead frames, also known as butterfly frames, this giant is ready to meet your support needs. Each riser is spring cushioned as a safety feature to protect lighting fixtures from a sudden drop if the locking collar becomes loose.
    The solid steel construction has a maximum load capacity of 40 Kg and is equipped with braked casters to easily reposition heavy loads. Each caster is equipped with a peg that extends past the wheel allowing it to stand upright when collapsed. The High Overhead Stand also features a true combination head with a 4 1/2" grip head (also known as a lollipop) and a junior 1/8" (28mm) receiver to accept any kind of mounting challenge.

    Century Stands, or simply known as C-Stands, have been the most common type of grip equipment used by the filmmaking industry for decades due to their strength and flexibility. Used on their own, or in combination with a grip head and grip arm, the C-Stand is used for mounting lighting equipment and a variety of light shaping tools and accessories.

    The Kupo Master C-Stand with Sliding Leg features two legs that are spring loaded to open in fixed positions while the third leg is height adjustable by loosening a locking knob and sliding it up and down the main riser section. This enables the user to raise one leg higher than the others to level out the stand on an incline or uneven terrain. This feature provides optimum support of lights, reflectors, and gobos.

    All C-Stands feature a unique base specially designed with three varied leg heights. This enables the user to stack or nest the stand bases so that the risers are just inches apart from one another for use in close proximity mounting of lights and other grip equipment along with easy storage. The 20in Master C-Stand has a chrome-plated finish and a zinc alloy casting on its base that's five times stronger than aluminum to sustain the weight of heavy sandbags and other equipment. The aluminum cast locking collars are outfitted with a stainless steel heli-coil that protects the risers from damage.

    The 2 1/2" grip head features an oversized ergonomic T handle and dedicated roller bearings designed for maximum torque.

    The Kupo Master C Stand with Turtle Base features a unique innovation in the world of C Stands that enables the still or moving image-maker of any skill level to open and collapse the legs of the base in under two seconds!

    The Master C Stand is outfitted with a patented spring ring locking system that removes all tension from the legs so that gravity can do the work for you. A turtle base is an industry term where the riser section can be quickly removed from the base for easy transportation and the base can be used with a stand adapter for a low mounting position.

    The 40" Grip Arm with Hex Stud is a 2- 1/2" grip head mounted on the end of a 40" piece of steel tubing 5/8" (16mm) in diameter and finished with a faceted hex stud to keep lighting fixtures in position when they are placed on the end of the arm. The surface of the tubing is painstakingly machined to create a rough texture to ensure a non-slip surface.
