LSC Control UNITY

Power to Control

The UNITY system provides three free-standing, pre-wired cabinet enclosures (96/72/48 circuit) for high-performance dimming and power switching. Designed to suit the latest technologies in video, audio, and lighting control, it is the premier solution for modern entertainment venues.

Because the system is fully modular, the choice of rack size and the specific combination of modules must be validated against your venue's power infrastructure and load requirements. Mechanical Specifications

Pre-wired cabinet enclosure with eight slots (up to 96 channels).
Accepts Dimmer/Switch (UDM), Switching (USM), and LED (ULM) modules.
UNITY Control Module (UCM) located at the top for centralized management.
Unique hinged termination panels permit full wiring access from the front.
Self-aligning "hot disconnect" connectors for safe module removal.

Control & Interface

18cm capacitive multitouch TFT colour display.
Real-time display of RMS voltage and currents on all phases and neutral.
Standard inputs: Art-Net, sACN, or dual DMX512-A.
Configurable alarms for over-current, voltage fluctuations, and phase loss.
Exportable configuration files via USB for off-site storage.
Multi-level PIN security for menu access.

Power Specifications

Nominal 100-240V, 3-phase star, 50-60Hz.
Hard-wired connection to busbars via M12 bolts.
Maximum Input: Up to 512A per phase (with 16A modules).
Individual 3-phase breaker for each module location.
RCBO (combined MCB and RCD) with neutral disconnect per channel.

USM12/10: 12-Channel x 10A switch module.
USM12/16: 12-Channel x 16A switch module.
Features Zero-cross switching to minimize nuisance tripping.

Dimmer Modules (UDM)

UDM12/10 & UDM12/16: 12-Channel dimmer modules.
UDM6/25: 6-Channel x 25A dimmer module.
TruPower: Mechanical relay switching that bypasses dimmer circuitry.
PTFD: Pulse Transformer Fired Dimming for tricky loads like neon or motors.

LED Modules (ULM)

ULM12/6: 12-Channel x 6A LED output module.
Patented LED drive technology with anti-flicker circuitry.
Zero-cross switching for power circuits.

Advanced Protection & Features

Current Control Technology: Reduces in-rush current in cold lamps to prevent breaker tripping.
Auto Power Mode: Channels switch on/off automatically based on DMX presence.
HOUSTON X Compatibility: Remote reporting to a central computer system.
Softpatching: Flexible routing of control signals to any output channel.
